Who will you be joining?

Join Group IT Strategy & IT Management at Allianz Group, where we shape the Group IT Strategy, support CIO communication, and steer technology transformation together with Allianz Operating Entities. The team tracks strategic IT portfolios and operational stability, reports progress to Group steering bodies, and supports the governance and scaling of artificial intelligence use cases. You will contribute to real projects, work closely with experienced professionals, and gain hands-on exposure to IT strategy, management, and artificial intelligence.

How can you make an impact?

- Support strategic IT topics and the team’s daily business with a high degree of responsibility.
- Prepare and design presentations for management and global meetings, and create, edit, quality-assure, and revise text- and calculation-based documents such as communication concepts, business cases, and project or process descriptions.
- Support project management activities, including the coordination of meetings and events and the tracking of milestones.
- Use tools such as Copilot, Allianz AI Chat, and Claude in daily work; research relevant artificial intelligence trends, prepare materials for steering and governance discussions, track initiatives, and document and share findings with the team.

What are you made of?

- You are studying Business IT, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or Computer Science; Master’s-level studies and strong academic performance are preferred.
- You are proficient with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in written and spoken English; German language skills, knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, or SAFe, and previous experience in project management, IT consulting, or architecture are advantages.
- You are enrolled at a university during the contract period or are completing the internship during a gap year.
- You are open to creative and innovative solutions and are passionate about forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence and internal ChatGPT solutions.
