Working Student in Group Communications & Corporate Affairs at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Who will you be joining?

As a Working Student in Regulatory & Political Affairs, Europe & International, situated in Munich, you will operate at the intersection of regulation, economics, Public Affairs, and corporate strategy. You will support our team in identifying emerging regulatory and political developments, assessing their strategic implications for Allianz and the broader insurance industry, and translating complex topics into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.

How can you make an impact?

- Actively contribute to our regulatory and Public Affairs work by analyzing complex regulatory and strategic topics and translating them into clear, compelling messages
- Create and refine presentations, briefings, and reports (PowerPoint, Word), focusing on clarity, structure, and executive relevance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and professionalization of our documents, formats, and communication standards
- Explore and apply AI tools to enhance our workflows while ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory requirements
- Support daily operations and contribute to the efficient execution of team processes

What are you made of?

- Advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field. You are enrolled at a university during the contract period.
- Strong interest in regulatory and policy topics, particularly sustainability, financial services/insurance and digital/AI-driven regulation
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT, strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong research, analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, concise messages, high level of reliability and ownership
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German an advantage
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
