Responsible for coordinating, directing, and overseeing activities of the manufacturing employees in a 24/7 production environment. You will be the point person for all employees on your crew as it relates to time and attendance, employee relations, scheduling, and coordination of training and employee development. This role will have responsibilities for both recruitment and retention of new employees.

- Conducts Root Cause and Counter Measure investigations if incidents occur

- Ability to establish clear expectations for multiple roles

- Experience forming routines that provide regular feedback to the team based on goals

- Experience adjusting daily production strategy based on budgetary requirements

Proven leader that remains positive and approachable during high stress situations

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple levels of the organization

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

DIRECT REPORTS

Manage and provide ongoing performance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for a team of 4 - 6 floor level, hourly leaders and supervisory responsibility of 40-60 hourly employees.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a self-directed team manufacturing environment.

SALARY

Base Salary Range: $82,000 - $95,000 annually.

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual bonus, in addition to the base salary.

At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and consider the internal equity of our existing team members when finalizing compensation offers.
