SAP MM Consultant

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore to support global SAP implementations and rollouts in the Healthcare domain.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation as an SAP Consultant or in a similar / higher role.

- Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation / rollout projects in Materials Management.

- Strong functional expertise across all sub-modules of SAP MM, including hands-on configuration.

- Proven experience in implementing SAP Best Practices and designing custom solutions by collaborating with Business Process Analysts and Development teams.

- Solid understanding of cross-functional integration between MM and other core modules - IM, FICO, SD, PP, PS, eWM, TM and Indirect Procurement (SRM / Ariba).

- Experience in global implementations spanning 3 or more countries, aligning business needs with industry best practices.

- Demonstrated onsite experience working directly with key business users, coupled with strong cross-cultural and international experience.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, with working knowledge of RICEFW objects, IDOCs, and data migration / cutover activities.

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

- Analyze, document and map business requirements to SAP processes.

- Design, configure, and test SAP MM solutions to meet business needs.

- Challenge and validate custom development requirements and propose standard solutions where possible.

- Collaborate with the global project team for effective project planning and delivery.

- Provide regular status updates on tasks and deliverables to all stakeholders.

- Conduct end-user training and ensure IT compliance for business processes.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process visibility, insight, and agility.

Good to Have:

- Domain experience in Purchasing.

- Knowledge of International Tax procedures and configuration in SAP.

- Exposure to tools like HP ALM and SAP Solution Manager.

- German language skills would be a plus

Additional Details:
Work Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
Travel: Approximately 20% travel may be required based on business needs.
