We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Consultant to join the window treatment team and turn client visions into beautifully tailored spaces. To thrive/succeed as the Sales Consultant, you should have:
- 2+ years of sales experience (window treatments, interior design, or in-home sales preferred)
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with measuring and organizational ability
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Your responsibilities as the Sales Consultant will include:
- Conduct showroom consultations
- Assess client needs, style, and budget to recommend tailored solutions
- Present and sell blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized systems
- Generate leads, referrals, and repeat business
- Create presentations and quotes; provide pricing and financing options
- Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Meet/exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs (target ~50% close rate)
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams for project completion
- Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity
- Stay current on products, trends, and certifications
- Maintain showroom organization and displays
