About this role
The Digital Payments domain is responsible for delivering ICT solutions that enhance UniCredit’s digital product offering for Corporate and SME clients.
We are looking for a Junior Digital Product Specialist/Business Analyst to support the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of digital products. The role sits between junior execution and senior product leadership, combining hands-on delivery with growing strategic responsibility. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure digital products meet user needs and business objectives.
- Support the day-to-day management of digital products and features
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements
- Help translate requirements into user stories and functional documentation
- Support backlog preparation, sprint activities, and release coordination
- Collaborate with product, IT, UX/UI, and business teams
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and sprint ceremonies
- Support communication between stakeholders and the product team
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation (requirements, guides, release notes)
- Support testing phases (UAT) to ensure quality and compliance with requirements
- Support basic analysis of product data and user behavior
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
What you’ll need to succeed
- 0–2 years of experience in digital, product, business analysis, or related roles
- Exposure to Agile project environments is advantageous
- Basic understanding of digital products (web, mobile apps, platforms)
- Ability to write clear user stories and functional requirements
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented attitude and proactive approach
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- English proficiency (minimum B1);
