SAP Vistex Business Systems Analyst

The candidate will partner directly with Sales Order Management, Pricing, A/R, and other business teams to drive business process transformation and scalable solution design. This role will provide functional leadership across enterprise applications, with a strong focus on  SAP Vistex and SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) . The successful candidate will lead transformational and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of existing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design, configure, enhance, and support  SAP Vistex  solutions across the rebate and incentive lifecycle, including agreements, accruals, billback, claims, chargebacks, and settlements.
- Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
- Serve as a  Vistex functional subject matter expert , providing guidance on solution capabilities, process design, and best practices.
- Support integration between Vistex and  SAP SD/Order-to-Cash , including pricing, sales orders, billing, master data, and Finance.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with development, integration, and data teams on enhancements and new capabilities.
- Lead functional testing,  SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization , and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Drive  automation, process simplification, financial controls, reconciliation, and operational improvements across rebate and incentive processes.

What We Need to See

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of SAP functional experience , with significant hands-on expertise in  SAP Vistex  and rebate/incentive management.
- Strong understanding of  SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash , including pricing, billing, master data, and Finance integration.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and specifications.
- Knowledge of SIT, UAT, defect management, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently own functional deliverables and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
