We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Lead requirements discovery for Dynamics 365 Sales via workshops/interviews; document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, epics/user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation and readiness for delivery
- Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Sales (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts/Contacts, Activities, business process flows, dashboards/views/forms, business rules, security roles)
- Translate business needs into functional designs/specifications and support developers/architects on integrations, data migration, and extensibility
- Plan and coordinate UAT (test scenarios, execution support, defect triage, traceability, and business sign-off)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement
- Track and report sprint/release progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown/burnup, velocity), highlighting risks and dependencies
- Proactively manage and remove impediments; escalate issues and coordinate across teams where required
- Support change and adoption through training materials, release notes, and hypercare
- Maintain delivery documentation aligned to governance, security, and compliance expectations
To be successful, you will:
- Have 5+ years’ experience delivering CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions, with strong focus on Dynamics 365 for Sales
- Demonstrate solid Business Analyst skills (stakeholder management, facilitation, process mapping, story writing, prioritisation, traceability)
- Bring practical Scrum Master capability, able to run ceremonies, coach Agile ways of working, and drive delivery discipline
- Have hands-on Dynamics 365 configuration expertise and understanding of Dataverse, security model, and solution/environment management
- Be comfortable partnering with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and end-to-end solution validation
- Use Agile delivery tools effectively (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira/Confluence) and produce clear, concise status reporting
- Communicate confidently with both business and technology stakeholders and manage expectations pragmatically
- Apply a quality mindset across testing, controls, and release readiness (Power Platform/Power BI knowledge is a plus)
