As an Administrator, you’ll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.

As a Patient Services Administrator you will ;

- Provide accurate pricing information for treatments, procedures, and consultations.
- Explain available hospital services, treatment pathways, and payment options to patients.
- Capture and manage all Self-Pay and PMI enquiries following consultant consultations.
- Proactively follow up with patients to support conversion from enquiry to booking.
- Assist patients with booking consultations, diagnostic appointments, procedures, and surgery dates.
- Liaise with consultants and secretaries to obtain procedure codes, consultant fees, and treatment costs.
- Provide quotations and ensure patients understand all associated charges before proceeding.
- Support patients throughout their private healthcare journey, from initial enquiry through to treatment and follow ups.
- Record all patient interactions, quotations, follow-up activity, and outcomes within the relevant systems.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on enquiry volumes, conversions, and patient decisions.
- Escalate complex enquiries, pricing discrepancies, or concerns to the appropriate manager or department.
- Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and focused on delivering an excellent patient experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services, packages, consultants, and payment processes.
