Reporting to the Insurance and Bonding Advisor, the incumbent will be responsible for collecting, processing, and maintaining information related to project and corporate insurance.
What you will do

• Process insurance certificate requests and verify their compliance.
• Review invoices, coordinate their submission to Accounts Payable, and follow up through to payment.
• Enter, update, and monitor data in internal systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of relevant data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage shared email inboxes by:
o Assigning requests to team members;
o Following up as required;
o Filing and organizing completed emails.
• Monitor specialized insurance files, including environmental and professional liability insurance.
• Prepare insurance clauses for subcontract agreements in compliance with contractual requirements and project-specific insurance needs.
• Support the administrative management of bonding files and related activities, including:
o Preparing requests for newly awarded contracts;
o Coordinating with brokers to obtain required documentation and following up on bonding files;
o Collecting and organizing bonding data (issuances, commissions, document filing, register updates, etc.).
• Perform any other related administrative or operational duties required to support the team.

This role could be for you if you have

• A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Insurance and Financial Services, Administrative Techniques, an AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance, or another relevant field of study.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the construction and/or insurance industry (an asset).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular interactions with employees, vendors, consultants, and partners located outside Quebec.
