Investment Specialist [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Provide ultra-high net worth Greek and European clients with investment advice and cross asset class execution including equities, fixed income, derivatives, alternatives, and offer recommendations according to changing market conditions. Develop investment policy statements and advise on asset allocation. Act as a primary resource for investment communication. Analyze, construct, and manage investment portfolios, advising clients on asset allocation, tactical trading, and portfolio rebalancing and hedging strategies. Conduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients' current investment objectives and prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products. Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct. Work with Lending Advisors, Trust Officers, and Wealth Advisors. This position requires up to 35% domestic and international (Europe) to both client sites and JPMorgan offices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Financial Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Specialist, Investment Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: handling investment portfolios for clients with assets of at least $25 million, including understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and the complexities involved in preserving and growing substantial wealth; handling assets for US and Greek clients with portfolios exceeding $100 million utilizing understanding of cultural nuances, tax implications, and regulatory requirements specific to cross-border investments; providing macroeconomic trends and financial market dynamics in both developed and emerging markets to provide holistic, informed, and risk-aware advice to clients; analyzing economic indicators, geopolitical events, and market cycles to inform investment strategies; performing distribution and trade execution across all asset classes including equities, fixed income, currencies, commodities, and derivatives; constructing and handling diversified portfolios including inception, risk management, and rebalancing; applying asset allocation models that optimize returns while handling risk; identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with multi-asset portfolios including market volatility, liquidity risks, and credit risks; applying goals-based planning tools such as Monte Carlo simulations or Long Term Capital Market Assumptions to forecast portfolio performance and align investment strategies with client objectives; utilizing advanced investment portfolio analytics to monitor performance and assess risk; cross-border banking regulations and compliance requirements; financial and estate planning within the wealth management context, ensuring that client assets are protected and transferred across generations; Bloomberg and FactSet applications for risk management, trade execution, and financial analysis; leveraging tools including Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet for balance sheet analysis, capital market insights, and portfolio risk metrics; using Microsoft Suite applications for data analysis, reporting, and presentation; creating detailed financial models and reports to support investment decisions; designing and implementing 10b5-1 trading plans for executives and insiders including the legal requirements and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations; monitoring the performance of 10b5-1 plans and making necessary adjustments to align with changes in market conditions or client circumstances; affiliates trading laws and regulations, including the prohibition of trading based on material non-public information; ensuring that all trading activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Full-Time. Salary: $301,642 - $301,642 per year.
