Note: This internship is for Summer 2027.

Your role as a Human Resource L+D Intern

This internship will be focused on Learning & Development within the Human Capital team.

- Gain on-the-job experience in Learning & Development through hands-on, project-based assignments.
- Translate concepts learned in the classroom into real-world learning solutions.
- Gain exposure to other areas of Human Capital and the business and learn how Learning & Development supports the organization.
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of employee and leadership learning resources.
- Gain hands-on experience with Learning & Development projects that may include: Creating or updating online learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360.
- Updating and enhancing existing learning content, including PowerPoint presentations, facilitator materials, participant resources, and other training tools.
- Reviewing and updating resources within the Harris Leadership Toolkit.
- Supporting the administration of learning in Workday Learning, including course information, assignments, completions, and learning records.
- Assisting with learning data, registration, reporting, and assessments.
- Researching learning topics, tools, and best practices to support current and future L&D initiatives.

What we are looking for in you

- Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Marketing, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences.
- Comfortable learning and working with technology; experience with learning management systems or eLearning development tools is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and approaches.

Pay Range:

$19.42 - $29.14

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
