About this role
We are looking for a Chief People & Organization Officer (CP&O) to join Teltonika EMS and play a key role in shaping the organization's people strategy, leadership culture, and organizational development initiatives.
Teltonika’s manufacturing facilities produce and assemble our devices, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. As the organization continues to grow both locally and internationally, we are seeking a leader who can strengthen our people practices, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capabilities while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR and organizational development leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is passionate about building scalable people practices in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to group and company leaders, analyzing organizational needs, structures, teams, and leadership practices while initiating necessary improvements.
- Develop and implement organization development initiatives aligned with the group's growth strategy and business objectives.
- Strengthen and further develop the HR Business Partner model, fostering effective partnerships across business and operational functions.
- Enhance talent acquisition processes and capabilities, ensuring the organization can attract and retain the talent required for continued growth.
- Establish and develop HR analytics practices that enable leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Analyze workforce, compensation, turnover, engagement, and other organizational data, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve a consistent group-wide compensation and reward framework.
- Ensure HR processes, policies, and people practices are clear, scalable, and aligned across different group companies and locations.
- Drive organizational change, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Take ownership of additional people and organizational development initiatives in line with business priorities and organizational needs.
What we expect of you:
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including significant experience in a senior HR leadership, HR Business Partner, or equivalent role.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and executives, serving as a trusted advisor on people and organizational matters.
- Strong background in organizational development, change management, talent management, and leadership development.
- Experience managing and improving recruitment and talent acquisition functions.
- Ability to utilize HR data, metrics, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand how people-related decisions impact business performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- A practical and execution-oriented approach, with the ability to transform ideas and analysis into tangible outcomes.
- Experience working in complex, multi-company, manufacturing, or international environments would be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 45 Eur/h up to 55 Eur/h pre-tax (7470 Eur - 9130 Eur), depending on your experience and qualifications, with the possibility of additional bonuses.
In the employment agreement, a fixed (tariff) hourly gross salary rate is specified and defined.
