About this role

We’re looking for a hands-on MarTech professional to bridge marketing and engineering and own the technology behind our digital marketing performance—across webook.com, our clients, and our white-label platforms. You’ll identify gaps, take initiative, and drive fixes from diagnosis through implementation and testing. This role combines technical problem-solving with marketing operations, ensuring our platforms are discoverable, campaigns are measurable, and CRM workflows support growth.

Key Responsibilities :

● Improve technical SEO and GEO readiness, including rendering, crawlability, indexing,

structured data, and multilingual implementation.

● Own tracking implementation and accuracy across front-end pixels, event firing, server-

side tracking, and conversion APIs, including Meta CAPI.

● Troubleshoot missing or duplicate events, validate event parameters, and ensure

browser-side and server-side tracking work together correctly.

● Configure and integrate Odoo CRM for B2B lead capture, routing, nurturing, automation,

and reporting.

● Establish reliable measurement across campaigns, customer journeys, conversions, and

revenue.

● Build repeatable marketing technology setups and launch standards for clients and

white-label platforms.

● Translate marketing needs into technical requirements, implement solutions directly, and

work with engineering on larger fixes.

● Document implementations and introduce ongoing checks to catch issues as products

and campaigns change.

Requirements

● Proven hands-on experience in MarTech, technical marketing operations, or a similar

role.

● Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, server-side tracking,

and CAPI.

● Practical experience with Odoo CRM, marketing automation, and website-to-CRM

integrations.

● Understanding of technical SEO, JavaScript rendering, APIs, webhooks, and data

layers.

● Familiarity with consent management and privacy-aware tracking.

● The ability to debug issues, validate fixes, and explain technical decisions clearly to

marketing and engineering teams.

● An ownership mindset: you spot problems, prioritize by business impact, propose

solutions, and follow through.
