Day Shift

- Hours: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- 12-hour shift
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Night Shift

- Hours: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Pay: $21.25 per hour
- 12-hour shift
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production & Warehouse Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for packaging, labeling, counting, and visually inspecting finished plastic products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.

The Production & Warehouse Associate works closely with the Line Operator to meet production goals and assists with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changes, and downstream equipment setup .

This position also involves general labor and physical production work . The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow and promote a strong safety-first culture .
- Perform final visual inspections of finished plastic products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Apply labels and ensure finished products are properly identified.
- Accurately count and track units produced on the production line.
- Package finished pipe and other products according to standard operating procedures and customer requirements.
- Assist Line Operators with production line start-ups and shutdowns .
- Assist with tooling changes and changeovers .
- Assist with downstream equipment setup and adjustments.
- Learn and maintain current knowledge of product specifications, pipe specifications, packaging requirements, and quality standards .
- Consistently wear and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) .
- Perform general labor and other physical production duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support facility housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work closely with Line Operators and other production team members to achieve established production and quality goals.
- Participate in company training programs to develop technical skills and increase job knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous manufacturing, production, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Dependable and reliable with strong attendance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .
- Team-oriented with the ability to communicate and work effectively with others.
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes, equipment, and skills.
- Basic mathematical skills, including counting and measuring.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when inspecting and labeling finished products.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements and essential functions of the position.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding manufacturing and general labor position . The ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the job is essential.

Candidates must be able to:

- Lift and handle up to 75+ pounds occasionally while performing job duties.
- Stand and remain on their feet for the entire shift , including during a 12-hour shift.
- Wear required steel-toed boots and other PPE throughout the work shift.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods in fluctuating temperatures.
- Bend, twist, reach, squat, and perform other full-range body movements.
- Safely mount and dismount industrial equipment and vehicles when required.
- Use hands, arms, and legs to handle, move, package, and transport finished products.
- Lift, carry, push, and/or pull materials and finished goods as required by the production process.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- Consistently use required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
