Powder Coating Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Powder Coating Supervisor to oversee daily powder coating, warehouse, and production operations while leading a team and supporting manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate has hands-on powder coating experience, electrical experience, and previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily powder coating, warehouse, and production operations
- Lead, train, and coordinate material handlers and production employees
- Oversee powder coating processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and production standards are met
- Monitor workflow and ensure materials are organized and available for production
- Work with molding equipment and manufacturing processes
- Assemble, wire, and install electrical control panels and related electrical components as needed
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and assist with production equipment as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Monitor production activities and address issues that may impact quality or productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Work independently with minimal supervision while effectively leading the team
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on powder coating experience is required
- Hands-on electrical experience is required
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred
- Experience with molding equipment and manufacturing processes
- Ability to assemble and wire electrical control panels is a plus
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and production procedures
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
