Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently schedule and coordinate in-home caregivers to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, availability, and client preferences.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and problem-solve with urgency.
- Collaborate with the In-Home Care team to support exceptional client care.
Requirements

- Experience in scheduling, home care, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to high energy, urgency, and innovation in client care.
