IT & Data Coordinator

Gasoline Grill is looking for a hands-on and curious IT & Data Coordinator to be the go-to person for all things digital and technical across our business.

The role combines reporting and data, platform ownership, IT support, and user administration. You will be based primarily at our office, but you will head out to our restaurants whenever something needs a hands-on fix. One day you might be untangling a Power Automate flow, the next you are troubleshooting a kiosk screen or setting up a new employee's email and Teams access.

ABOUT GASOLINE GRILL

Gasoline Grill was founded in 2016 and today has seven company-owned locations, three franchise restaurants, and around 150 employees from more than 30 nationalities.

You will become part of a small office team of 12 people who work closely together and take great pride in helping each other.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will maintain and develop our Power BI reports and dashboards, and build automated workflows in Power Automate that pull data from our operational systems, such as POS, scheduling, and stock, into our daily reports. When colleagues need data, you will pull and prepare it in a format that works for them, including extracting data programmatically from systems without easy exports.

You will own our internal business platform and act as first-line support for our core operational software, resolving issues as they come up and escalating to vendors when needed. On select platforms, you will be the main point of contact for external partners, coordinating new features, troubleshooting, and general upkeep.

You will oversee IT equipment across all locations, from POS hardware to kiosks and networking gear, keep track of what exists where, and flag or replace anything that is failing or outdated. You will also manage user accounts in Microsoft 365, keeping access and permissions organized as people join, change roles, or leave.

Finally, you will keep an eye out for where AI can genuinely improve how we work, and help test and implement the ideas that make sense.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Power BI reporting, dashboards, and data preparation for teams
- Automated workflows in Power Automate across operational systems
- Ownership of our internal business platform and first-line software support
- IT equipment and on-site support across all restaurant locations
- User accounts, email, Teams, and access management in Microsoft 365
- Identifying, testing, and implementing practical AI solutions

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Has experience with, or can quickly learn, BI and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
- Has intermediate scripting skills, for example Python, for data extraction
- Troubleshoots independently and digs in rather than waiting for a manual
- Is familiar with Microsoft 365 administration or learns fast in this area
- Communicates clearly with both external partners and non-technical restaurant staff
- Is curious about AI and how it can solve real business problems
- Is based in or around Copenhagen and can visit our restaurants when needed
- Communicates well in English

Experience with restaurant or retail systems, POS platforms, or kiosk and self-ordering systems is an advantage.
