We are looking for an IT PM to work in an Agile fast paced Network Infrastructure and security-focused environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 11 years IT management experience. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below. The Program Manager will perform day-to-day team and customer requirements management and will work with the customer and others to develop and mature short / long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are actively seeking Program Managers with a minimum of 11 years' IT management experience. Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:

- Proficient in planning, directing, and coordinating team, projects, and network engineering efforts using the Agile methodology
- Significant experience providing program management for engineering programs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on government enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement
- Possess a proficiency in multi-tasking as well as being a good communicator / facilitator
- Comfortable communicating at all levels from engineer to senior staff
- Highly capable of formulating and executing aggressive but reasonable acquisition and engineering schedules in coordination with multiple subcontractors and technology vendor partners, both large and small
- Conversant in modern Network Engineering best practices, network technology, and automation of network provisioning
- Strong in use of agile management methodology (Scrum Master certification NOT required)
- Proficient in identifying risks and documenting team progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures to meet customer established requirements
- Provide status reporting to leadership on progress toward objectives on a weekly basis
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Previous IT PM experience directly support the Intelligence Community
- Program Management Profession (PMP) certification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
