(Senior) Manager Audit & Assurance Transformation

Your Impact

You will act as the link between the business, Process Officers, Group Services, our European transformation leaders and our Moore Global network, helping to build the audit organization of the future.

Your key focus areas

- AI and automation initiatives within Audit & Assurance.
- Audit process and quality control optimization.
- Implementation of audit and data platforms.
- Digitalization of audit work programs and documentation.
- Change management and user adoption.
- Harmonization of processes across teams and regions.
- Integration of new acquisitions in Belgium.

Your key responsibilities

Project Management

- Lead strategic transformation projects within Audit & Assurance, together with other process offices and the Audit Leadership Team.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and business cases.
- Monitor timelines, quality, risks, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report progress and results to the Audit Leadership Team.

Business Transformation

- Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies.
- Translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with audit regulations and professional standards.

Change Management

- Build engagement and support for change.
- Guide teams through implementation and adoption.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and communication campaigns.
- Ensure sustainable embedding of new ways of working.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with partners, managers, audit teams, and the Quality Assurance Team (QAT).
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and external vendors.
- Foster collaboration across regions and disciplines.

Your profile

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering, or equivalent (IT background is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in external financial audit and minimum 2 years of experience in project management or business transformation.
- Proven experience managing complex transformation or implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to connect people and drive change.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch and French is an asset.
