About the Function

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world.

With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.

It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.

About The Role

As a Market Service Owner based in our Leven office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across global markets. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and a collaborative attitude.

Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including market contacts, production sites and third-party freight service providers. Your role will be central to understanding the unique needs of each market and ensuring these are met through effective planning and communication.

You’ll handle the full freight process, selecting the most appropriate services at the best value, while also handling pre-shipment requirements, PO creation, freight quoting, billing, and investigation. A proactive approach to resolving export-related issues and a strong understanding of market-specific products and requirements will be crucial.

Operating in a process-driven environment, you’ll bring a customer-first approach to service delivery, ensuring that we continue to meet high standards of performance and reliability across all our logistics operations.

Experience / Skills Required:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration and is passionate about delivering great service. You’ll bring a positive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to work as part of a supportive, high-performing team.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

- Experience working in a logistics environment, preferably within exports

- A strong understanding of freight documentation and terminology

- A solutions-oriented attitude, with the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver results

- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and external partners

- A collaborative, "one team" attitude – working together to achieve shared goals aligned with business objectives

- Understanding of SAP (advantageous but not essential)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with supporting digital tools (Power Bi/Power Apps etc)

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and if you’re eager to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!

Flexibility is key to our success. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you, so that you’re supported to manage your wellbeing and balance your priorities from day one.

Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere. And creating an inclusive culture, where everyone feels valued and that they can belong, is a crucial part of this.

We embrace diversity in the broadest possible sense. This means that you’ll be welcomed and celebrated for who you are just by being you. You’ll be part of and help build and champion an inclusive culture that celebrates people of different gender, ethnicity, ability, age, sexual orientation, social class, educational backgrounds, experiences, mindsets, and more.

Our ambition is to create the best performing, most trusted and respected consumer products companies in the world. Join us and help transform our business as we take our brands to new heights and build new ones as part of shaping the next generation of celebrations for consumers around the world.

Feel inspired? Then this may be the opportunity for you.
