Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial plant performance and develop measures for plant cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare plant related budgeting/planning processes, monitor progress to agreed finanical budgets and analyze financial deviations on plant level.
- Monitor and analyze financial plant performance indicators to identify trends and variances.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance plant efficiency.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for plant management review.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making in plants.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational plant performance.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans for the plant.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Plant Management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
Preferred:
- SAP experience.
