General Information
This role will play a key part in supporting strategic business objectives, leading change management initiatives, ensuring effective people management practices, and driving organizational performance within a demanding industrial environment. We offer a 12-month fixed-term contract .
Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters.
- Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation projects.
- Lead and support core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, and career development.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational evolution.
- Contribute to employee and labor relations activities in collaboration with employee representatives and Works Councils.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Participate in local, regional, and global HR projects.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Your Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within an international industrial environment.
- Strong expertise in labor law and employee relations.
- Proven experience leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Ability to influence, challenge, and coach managers at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
