About this role

Are you highly organised, enjoy solving logistical challenges, and have experience coordinating schedules, resources or field-based personnel?

We're looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Technopark, Stellenbosch. Supporting audit and certification activities across Africa, you'll help coordinate audit schedules between clients and auditors, ensuring activities are planned efficiently and delivered within required timeframes while providing an excellent customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling, workforce planning, resource coordination, logistics planning, field service coordination, diary management or similar operational environments. You'll join a collaborative team supporting clients and auditors across Africa, where strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills are key to success.

This is a hybrid role based in Stellenbosch. Due to the requirement to work from the office three days per week following completion of training, applicants should reside within a practical commuting distance of Stellenbosch, ideally within a 40km radius.

- Previous experience in scheduling, planning, resource coordination, logistics, or a customer-facing operational environment.
- Experience coordinating field-based employees, engineers, technicians, auditors, inspectors or other mobile resources would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- A collaborative approach and positive, can-do attitude
