Die Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Produktion des Tesla Model Y wird dein Alltag bestimmen.
- Assist in ensuring the desired condition of manufactured vehicles, detecting paint defects, such as inclusion, contamination, craters, under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Assist Senior Techinicans or Engineers in project execution to ensure scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Perform basic paint repairs on vehicles, including sanding, priming, and polishing paint to ensure a high-quality finish under supervision.
- Assist in evaluating the quality of the outgoing vehicles.
- Assist in identifying, testing, and validating new technologies and work methods for future implementation.
- Assist with routine maintenance of painting equipment, such as cleaning spray guns and booths, to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Assist continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and help sharing knowledge across the team and organization.

- Work on orders and tasks which are easy to moderate and require judgment in troubleshooting and making recommendations.
- Completed vocational education as a Vehicle Painter.
- Basic knowledge in Automotive Painting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of standard operating procedures and maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment such as spray guns, sanding machines and other tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).
- Fluency in English; German is advantageous
