Junior Project Manager

Our NPD team drives innovation across CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty and Tria Laser, taking new products from concept through to launch. We're looking for an organised, proactive Junior Project Manager to help keep those launches on track — supporting timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and growing into greater ownership of the process as you go.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support the tracking of new product timelines from concept to launch, helping map the critical path and keep schedules aligned to internal and external launch dates.
- Prepare weekly status updates for the wider team, flagging progress, risks and issues as products move through development.
- Coordinate supplier communication, including joining and helping run weekly calls, while liaising with cross-functional teams and internal specialists to keep milestones on track.
- Look for opportunities to streamline processes and support delivery efficiency, growing into greater ownership of the process over time.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

- Some experience in project coordination or project management, gained through an internship, placement or in a professional role.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders including suppliers and internal specialists.
- Good organisational and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- A proactive, solutions-focused team player, comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

- Exposure to NPD, FMCG, beauty or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
