About the role
Design, implement, and maintain SAP security and GRC solutions — covering role-based authorizations and GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management — to secure business processes and ensure compliance across SAP landscapes (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
Daily challenges
- Design and maintain SAP roles, authorizations, and access concepts across SAP systems.
- Manage SAP GRC Access Control processes, including access requests, role management, and emergency access.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and help remediate security and compliance risks.
- Support user provisioning, access reviews, and audit/compliance activities.
- Collaborate with SAP functional, Basis, and security teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP operations.
- Driving template adoption – Challenge local business requirements and align users to the global SAP template rather than custom solutions.
eXperience and skills required
- 3+ years of SAP Security and Authorizations experience with ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP roles, profiles, authorization objects, and PFCG role design.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including ARM, BRM, EAM, and SoD analysis.
- Understanding of audit and compliance requirements such as SOX and internal controls.
- Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.
- GRC 12.0 / ARQ certification will be considered as an advantage.

We offer salary from EUR 1800 – 2800 gross per month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
