Customs Verification Associate

Job Description

El Customs Verification Associate es responsable de apoyar y ejecutar actividades relacionadas con la verificación y cumplimiento de los procesos aduanales y de comercio exterior , asegurando que las operaciones de importación y exportación cumplan con los requisitos legales, documentales y establecidos por LEGO.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran:

- Revisar y validar documentación de comercio exterior y aduanas .
- Verificar que la información de embarques, mercancías y documentos sea correcta y consistente.
- Dar seguimiento a procesos de importación y exportación , identificando posibles discrepancias o errores.
- Apoyar en la correcta clasificación y validación de información relacionada con mercancías.
- Trabajar con diferentes áreas internas y proveedores para resolver incidencias relacionadas con operaciones aduanales .
- Mantener registros y documentación necesaria para auditorías y cumplimiento.
- Dar seguimiento a requerimientos de autoridades aduaneras y procesos internos.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia y precisión de los procesos de Customs / Trade Compliance .
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas de LEGO y de las regulaciones aplicables de comercio exterior.
- Participar en revisiones, auditorías y actividades de control relacionadas con aduanas.

Perfil que normalmente busca la posición

Formación:
Carrera relacionada con Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Administración, Aduanas o áreas afines.

Experiencia:
Experiencia en comercio exterior, logística, importaciones/exportaciones, documentación aduanera o procesos relacionados.

Conocimientos:

- Procesos de importación y exportación.
- Documentación aduanera.
- Comercio exterior y cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis.
- Deseable experiencia con sistemas ERP o plataformas de gestión.
- Inglés para comunicación y documentación laboral.
