Treasury Manager (Liquidity)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly analytical, data-driven Treasury Manager to strengthen our liquidity management and treasury risk framework, working closely with Trading, Finance, Risk, Product and executive stakeholders.

What you’ll do

- Build liquidity forecasts, stress tests and treasury risk models to inform funding, liquidity buffers and contingency planning, with clear documentation for second-line challenge.
- Support day-to-day funding across group entities, including FX dealing, cash positioning and liquidity management.
- Contribute liquidity analysis to ICARA, wind-down planning and other relevant risk assessments.
- Own Treasury Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), assess controls and drive remediation.
- Write and maintain clear treasury policies and procedures.
- Improve modelling, dashboards and reporting using Excel, SQL, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Assess the liquidity and treasury risks of new products and business initiatives, presenting recommendations and escalating emerging risks.

What you need to have

- Five years’ + experience in Treasury, Risk or a liquidity-related role within a fast-paced, high-performance organisation.
- Strong liquidity modelling skills, including cash-flow forecasting, stress testing and scenario analysis, supported by exceptional Excel skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of MIFIDPRU and treasury risk management, with experience contributing to ICARA, ILAAP, wind-down planning or comparable assessments.
- SQL and Python skills, a strong grasp of the latest AI tools, and the ability to interrogate data and challenge assumptions.
- Clear, effective writing and communication skills, with experience producing policies and risk documentation and working with senior stakeholders.
- Consistent delivery under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency, sound judgement and ownership.
