Meet the Team

The Human Resources Department covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a working environment and culture that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent.

The Global Mobility & Immigration team manages international assignments, international transfers, and cross-border compliance across the Millennium group. The team develops and maintains global mobility programs, processes, and infrastructure, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers—including tax, immigration, and relocation advisers—to deliver practical, compliant, and commercially effective solutions.

What You'll Do

• Provide functional leadership and sound judgment to evolve the Global Mobility & Immigration function’s governance, processes, and vendor ecosystem as the business scales.
• Oversee, coach, and support the development of Global Mobility & Immigration team members.
• Lead the global implementation, governance, communication, and continuous improvement of mobility policies and programs.
• Serve as a senior adviser and escalation point, delivering commercially practical, compliant, and clearly communicated mobility solutions to global stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and resolve mobility risks, delivery issues, and cross-border complexities in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide technical leadership across global mobility disciplines, including tax, social security, immigration, employment structuring, payroll, and relocation.
• Lead complex, sensitive, and senior-level mobility cases, partnering with the Head of Global Mobility and Immigration on high-risk or strategically significant matters.
• Use and enhance Global Mobility & Immigration data analytics to identify trends, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• A university degree is preferred, though not essential.
• At least 13 years of Global Mobility & Immigration experience, ideally including professional services and in-house financial services experience.
• Strong technical expertise across global mobility disciplines, with essential tax knowledge and experience managing multi-jurisdictional planning and advisory matters.
• Demonstrated experience developing global mobility programs and designing practical mobility solutions that meet business needs.
• Experience leading, supervising, and developing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and relationship-building skills across a geographically diverse organization.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, quality, integrity, and timely delivery; immigration knowledge is advantageous, with the ability to further develop this expertise in the role.
