In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including developers, business analysts, product owners, and mission stakeholders—to translate business needs into testable requirements and deliver reliable, well‑defined ServiceNow solutions.

• Test Development: Design, build, and maintain test scripts for ServiceNow applications, workflows, configurations, integrations, and interfaces.
• Comprehensive Testing: Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end‑to‑end testing within a SAFe Agile framework.
• ServiceNow Validation: Validate forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, approvals, role/permission models, catalog items, and configured functionality.
• Integration Testing: Validate inbound/outbound integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, APIs, and data interfaces.
• Defect Management: Log defects with reproducible steps, track issues through resolution, retest fixes, and communicate findings across development teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maximize test coverage.
• Test Documentation: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test data sets, traceability matrices, and evidence following SAFe Agile standards.
• Agile Participation: Engage actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to requirements development, testing processes, tools, automation, and QA practices.

Qualifications – Required

• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, IS, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in software testing
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on ServiceNow testing for large‑scale enterprise systems
• ServiceNow Expertise: Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, business rules, roles/permissions, and integrations
• Requirements Development: Skilled in gathering/documenting requirements and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of SAFe, SDLC, Agile development, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery
