Client Experience Cashier & Receptionist – Infiniti of Sarasota

At Infiniti of Sarasota , delivering an exceptional client journey is at the heart of everything we do. We are currently seeking a full-time Cashier–Receptionist who brings professionalism, precision, and a genuine commitment to outstanding service.

As one of the first and last points of contact in our dealership, you play a key role in shaping each client's experience. Your ability to create a welcoming environment while handling transactions accurately and efficiently ensures every visit reflects the high standards of the Infiniti brand.

What You'll Do

- Welcome clients with a courteous and polished presence, both in person and over the phone

- Handle payments for sales and service transactions with accuracy and attention to detail

- Manage cash drawer responsibilities while maintaining strict financial accuracy

- Record and input transaction data into internal systems with consistency and care

- Assist in maintaining an organized, professional front desk environment

- Support daily administrative needs and contribute to smooth front-office operations

What You Bring to the Team

- A strong dedication to delivering a first-class customer experience

- High level of accuracy when working with numbers and financial transactions

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease

- A professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor

- Comfort navigating computer systems and willingness to learn new software

- Previous cashiering experience preferred; automotive or luxury retail background is a plus

- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or similar accounting programs is helpful but not required
