What You'll Do

As the primary point of contact for our valued Audi service customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class service experience. Your day-to-day will include:

- Greeting and advising customers with professionalism and care

- Explaining recommended services and gaining repair approvals

- Coordinating with our skilled service team to ensure timely updates

- Managing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Maintaining strong communication and follow-through

This is a role for someone who's organized, attentive, personable, and thrives on creating great customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings experience and energy to the role - and who is ready to build lasting relationships with our customers. Ideal candidates will have:

- Previous automotive service advisor experience (luxury brand experience preferred)

- Strong communication and multitasking skills

- Proficiency with computers and tablets; Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus

- A customer-first attitude and a team-driven mindset
