About this role
The Intern.General will join GRANT PRIDECO S DE RL DE CV's QA department (DP 0332-023-00292) to assist in a residency project aimed at evaluating the repeatability and reproducibility of inspection processes. The role involves data collection, statistical analysis, documentation, and collaboration with senior quality engineers to improve measurement reliability.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (Engineering, Quality, Statistics, or related field).
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and measurement system analysis.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, R, or Python).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new QA methodologies.
- Availability to commit to the internship duration as defined by the residency project.
