As a Dentist, you will:

- Provide comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Help patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable making decisions.
- Build relationships with patients and families through consistent, thoughtful care.
- Work closely with our team to make each visit welcoming and well coordinated.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of care.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- DDS or DMD degree.
- Active Iowa dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
- A warm, approachable manner and commitment to ethical dentistry.
- Strong communication skills and respect for every member of the team.
