Stellar Global is looking for a creative and technically skilled Multi-Form Content Creator to join our team at Sage Studios/Home Ground ,54 Charlotte st, London, W1T2NS
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of content production, creating premium video and photography that brings our brand to life across digital platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram and YouTube.
Working as part of a diverse team of coffee lovers and creatives, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short- and long-form content, from concept and story boarding through to filming, editing and final delivery.
Your work will play a key role in building our digital presence, engaging online communities and maintaining our premium brand identity.

Overall purpose of the role:
As a specialist in short and long form content, with experience in livestream production, you will play a central role in bringing our brand to life through premium, high-quality video content and photography.
Working as part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of coffee lovers, you will use your technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, sound, storyboarding, set dressing and editing to create compelling digital content that reflects our premium brand image. Your focus will be on the technical and creative production of content, contributing directorial input and ensuring every piece of work meets the highest standards.
You will also play a key role in delivering live shopping experiences across TikTok and our website, taking ownership of livestream production and broadcast delivery. Your creativity, precision and eye for detail will help grow the brand, engage audiences, and foster online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver premium video and photography content on iPhone and camera
- Responsible for leading the end-to-end production of high-quality video and multimedia content, with a strong emphasis on pre-production planning, visual execution, and on-set delivery across multiple platforms.
- Provide technical expertise across all aspects of production
- Lead the production and delivery of live shopping broadcasts across TikTok and our website.
- Work collaboratively alongside team members
- Support all Sage Studios operational policies and processes with excellence

You have (Knowledge/experience required):
- Proven videography and photography experience with a professional showreel or portfolio.
- Experience in one of the relative fields: coffee, food and beverage, homeware or kitchenware, luxury hospitality or retail, e-commerce and social selling
- Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Proven experience in setting up, managing and delivering professional livestreams, ideally across TikTok Live and website-based shopping platforms.
- Experience with livestreaming software such as OBS Studio, TikTok LIVE Studio or equivalent broadcasting platforms.
- Strong understanding of live shopping formats, including show structure, product demonstrations and audience engagement.
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to contribute creatively with directorial input while managing technical delivery.
- Experience producing content for digital and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing premium-quality work.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- A passion for a great cup of coffee is welcomed
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Own camera
- Experience in the coffee industry, or a love for all things coffee
- Experience producing content for premium consumer brands.
- Experience with product photography and commercial campaigns.
What do we offer:
- Annual salary between £32k-£34k
- Contracted hours- 37.5
- Permanent role ( 3 months probation)
- Working days: Mon- Fri, between 9am-5.30pm
