Qualifications MD or DO. Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Board Certification or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years. Required
Active Illinois medical license. Required
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required
Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
