The Role
We're looking for a Product Lead, Military Solutions to:
Own our Military Solutions vertical, from product strategy to field deployment.
Build the products armed forces and defense organizations across Europe and Ukraine rely on for video intelligence.
Make them work in the field: limited connectivity, constrained power and compute, heterogeneous sensors, harsh environments, and high reliability and security requirements.
Working directly with military units, special forces, intelligence organizations, drone operators and command posts, you will understand the mission well enough to know what should exist that doesn't exist today, and then make it happen.
This role, reporting directly to the CEO, is not a traditional Product Manager role. You will run the vertical like your own business, combining time in the field with operators, product strategy, and hands-on execution with Engineering, AI and Hardware teams.
Responsibilities
Vertical Ownership:
Define the roadmap, priorities, success metrics and product principles
Turn lessons from individual deployments into capabilities that scale across units, armed forces and countries
Field & Users:
Spend significant time with soldiers, operators, intelligence agencies and command structures
Take part in field tests, exercises and operationally representative deployments
Build trusted relationships with operators and turn their feedback into product decisions
Product & System:
Translate complex military requirements into simple, robust user experiences
Own the complete system across software, AI, hardware, sensors, connectivity and integrations
Stay close to implementation: computer vision, edge compute, video pipelines, networking, encryption, sensors, power and latency
Treat reliability, robustness, security and deployability as core product features
Move fast from field feedback to prototype, test and deployment
Ideal Profile
5+ years experience in demanding technology environments, including:
End-to-end ownership of a product, company, business line or major technical initiative
Hands-on experience deploying technology with armed forces or military units, OR building and deploying edge products combining software and hardware in real-world environments
Strong technical depth and ability to work directly with software, hardware and ML engineers.
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions with incomplete information, and demanding users in the field.
Fluency in English and French
Willing to travel regularly across Europe and, under suitable security conditions, to operational environments.
Eligible for the required security clearances, including NATO levels.
Bonus: Entrepreneurial or founding experience, Military experience, Experience with special forces, intelligence or defense organizations, Deployments in Ukraine or other operational environments, Drones, EO/IR sensors, robotics or C2 systems, Computer vision or AI-native products, Embedded systems or NVIDIA Jetson, Low-bandwidth or contested communications environments
