Growth Goals

1. Drive Growth to support One JLL:

a. Identify and drive in-house self-performed work to ensure agreed-upon financial plan/budget is met.

2. Personal Growth:

a. Identify 1-2 areas of personal development with your manager and take specific actions to achieve it. Items should include utilizing JLL MyLearning platform for leadership training, development of technical skills, mentoring opportunities, etc.

3. Safety & Compliance:

a. Ensure assigned facilities are in compliance with Joint Commission codes, laws, and regulations that govern healthcare properties and JLL policies and procedures to reduce risk and ensure ScionHealth employees are safe.

b. Identify a minimum of 2 good catches/near misses per JLL program.

c. Complete all assigned safety and JLL required training by assigned due date.

People Goals

1. Collaborate with other account team peers to drive solutions to complex problems that can be used across the portfolio.

2. Ensure accountability to role, responsibilities and deadlines as outlined in job description.

3. Attend no less than 90% of all weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, & quarterly team meetings, with camera on.

Client Goals

1. KPI Performance:

a. Surveys with EC/LS CLD's under JLL Operations direct control are at least 25% less than the TJC average # of surveys with CLD's from the prior year (25% or less CLDS than national average for prior year)

b. Corrigo work order performance: 100% of Tier 1 and Tier 2 PM work orders; 95% or Higher for Noncritical PM work; 94% or higher for Bundled & Routine; 90% or higher for Emergency & Stat

2. Work Order Management:

a. Work Orders are to be assigned to property vetted and JLL approved vendors only. Vendors on site without WO assigned will result in performance management documentation.

b. Prior to WO completion, NTE amount to be set. If WOs found to the contrary, performance management documentation to occur.

c. Ensure accuracy of correct Corrigo work order data (GL coding, custom fields populated, assigned/sent to vendor, and NTE is accurate)

3. Process Improvement:

a. Embrace and participate in the team’s effort to simplify processes and to think critically about how JLL can continue to improve.

b. Provide your manager with at least 2 suggestions on how to improve a process. Not just identifying the problem but providing a solution for consideration.

c. Follow current procedures already in place as directed by your manager and/or senior leadership team.
