SPA Manager/Esthetician Director

Description:
SPA DIRECTOR; Responsible for modeling behavior for the entire skincare team. This management role is responsible for mentoring, evaluating, training and leading the skincare staff; may also be responsible for the clinics staffing needs. This position reports to the Clinic Manager.
Job Duties:
* Perform our Skincare services which include: Facials, Facial Waxing, Microderm Infusion, Chemical Peels, Red Light, Dermaplaning, & More!
* Models exceptional customer service skills and adheres to all established clinic policies for the entire clinic staff to emulate.
* Sets the tone for the skincare staff and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment.
* Conducts Esthetician performance evaluations.
* Mentors skincare staff in respectful and honest manner effectively communicating and helping to create success for every esthetician.
* Implements a training program for new Estheticians.
* Meet retail goals set per client.
* Potential to win Esthetician of the Year and be recognized at our National Massage Envy Summit
Job Requirements:
* Must be available 35 hours per week 5 days per week
* Must have a current Master Esthetician License
* Must adhere to all standards and policies specified in the clinic's employee handbook.
