JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Maintenance Colleague
RESPONSIBLE TO: Facilities Manager
SUPERVISES: N/A
BASIC FUNCTION: Assists with Maintenance responsibilities across the organization
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Responsible for maintaining the grounds of the Andover campus including clean up and maintenance of outdoor areas
- Maintains bathrooms to include cleaning and replenishing supplies
- Touch up painting as directed
- Assists with indoor and outdoor Maintenance responsibilities as directed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
