Job Title: Salesforce Platform Developer
Location:  Onsite in Lansing, MI
Position Type:  Full-time, Direct W2 
Salary Range:  $100,000–$150,000 Annually 
Experience Required:  6+ years

Job Summary
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience
- Strong Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL skills
- Solid understanding of governor limits, data security model, and OWD
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce DX

Required Certifications
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I (PD1)
- Platform Developer II (PD2)
- JavaScript Developer I

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex (triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled jobs)
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for rich user experiences
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials
- Build automated processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields
- Manage deployments using SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines
- Enforce Salesforce security best practices (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Expected Deliverable(s):
- Deliver scalable custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative automation
- Build secure and reusable integration components using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
- Execute source-controlled deployments through SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security model, and coding best practices
- Provide testing, documentation, and production support for platform enhancements
