As a Associate Compliance Business Partner you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

- Support Compliance Business Partners with investigations by gathering, reviewing, and organizing records, including EVV reports, clinical notes, employee and client records, state hotline reports, and related correspondence.
- Ensure investigation documentation is complete, accurate, confidential, and submitted on time.
- Enter incidents into the tracking system accurately and promptly.
- Work independently and collaborate with operational leaders and other teams to meet quality and productivity goals.

What is Required?

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, compliance, operations support, or a related field.
- Previous experience in home health, hospice or personal care services is highly desirable.
- TRAVEL: Up to 10%, may include driving, air travel and overnight stays
- Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.

You will report to the Director of Service Line Compliance
