About our Team

The Insurance and Healthcare (IHC) Marketing team supports the vertical and product organizations across IHC. The team builds right-time, right-place awareness and engagement to promote hundreds of solutions to insurance customers worldwide. Specifically, we drive demand for our solutions, serve as guardians of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions brand, and manage brand identity assets. We work with business partners to develop market messaging. We plan and execute strategic campaigns and events, and conduct market research to provide insights that support marketing and business initiatives.

About the Role

The Insurance Segment Marketing Intern will join the Insurance and Healthcare business unit within LexisNexis Risk Solutions and support strategic marketing initiatives focused on insurance fraud and identity solutions. In this role, you will contribute to projects spanning content development, campaign planning, research, event support, sales enablement, and digital promotion while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting product launches, awareness programs, engagement activities, and demand generation efforts.

- Program Dates: May 24 – July 30, 2027
- Duration: 10 weeks
- Location: On-site in Alpharetta, GA. Candidates should be able to work on-site for the duration of the internship.
- Relocation Assistance: Relocation assistance is not available for this internship.
- Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate students with an expected graduation date of May 2028.

Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital, email, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Assist with content creation, editing, messaging development, and marketing collateral production.
- Conduct competitive, industry, and market research to support marketing strategies, product positioning, and launch activities.
- Analyze campaign performance data and help develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, sales, strategy, and business stakeholders to support go-to-market programs and marketing initiatives.
- Support sales enablement efforts through the development and organization of marketing resources and materials.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and follow-up activities for internal and external marketing events.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks, timelines, approvals, and coordination activities to help ensure successful execution of marketing priorities.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Organizational and planning skills; experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is helpful.
- Demonstrates initiative, analytical thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce or Eloqua.
- Interest in insurance, data and analytics, fraud prevention, identity verification, technology, or B2B marketing.
