- Schedule: Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p w/ Some Saturdays

How you’ll make an impact in this role

- Coordinate and execute car seat inspection and distribution events across five Central Texas counties to ensure proper installation and child passenger safety.
- Cultivate regional community partnerships to establish inspection sites, host coalition meetings and expand program reach.
- Develop and deliver educational presentations to schools, daycares and pediatric healthcare organizations to promote child safety standards.
- Assist with Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) certification courses and ongoing professional development to train local safety partners.
- Manage event logistics and monthly reporting by handling equipment transport and tracking project metrics to verify community impact.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

- Language Agility (Highly Preferred): Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively serve and educate diverse communities across Central Texas.
- Specialized Safety Certification: Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) certification.
- Community Outreach & Event Logistics: Proven experience working with community partners, managing event logistics, and coordinating field-based community services.
- Elite Communication & Public Speaking: Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success in public speaking, presentations, and social media outreach platforms.
- Administrative & Resource Command: Strong organization and time-management skills, with a background or comfort level in grant writing, program reporting, and meeting facilitation.
- Physical Capability: Ability to manage the physical demands of community deployment, including loading and unloading heavy equipment and safety seats.
