One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to support our Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. The Financial Operations Specialist will support division-wide financial transactions and provide tracking, oversight, and execution of financial transactions for construction projects and rent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support division-wide financial transactions for construction, rent, and other projects.
- Track and process Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWAs), Reimbursable Agreements (RAs), obligations, de-obligations, transfers, and IPAC reports.
- Monitor quarterly open obligations and financial close-outs for accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate deliverables with analysts and review work for accuracy before submission.
- Identify process efficiencies and recommend improvements to financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the responsibilities listed above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to undergo and pass a T2 Public Trust background investigation.
- Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a government agency.
