Your Career
The Senior Director of Integrated Programs serves as the chief architect and operational leader of our global scaled marketing engine. In this executive role, you operate at the highest level of strategic influence: defining system-level strategy, driving global process efficiency, and shaping our enterprise narrative through the lens of high-impact campaigns across multi-stakeholder environments.
An operational powerhouse and strategic thinker, you combine high-level portfolio vision with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when execution demands it. You do not simply manage campaigns; you actively control campaign messaging, content production standards, and output velocity in close partnership with our Product Marketing, field, in-house Brand and Creative teams. Thriving in fast-paced environments, you remain fluid and highly responsive to immediate turnarounds while connecting integrated program performance to pipeline velocity, revenue acceleration, and global enterprise growth.
About the Team
The Integrated Marketing team is a key growth driver at Palo Alto Networks®, acting as the central engine connecting our solutions with global customer demand. We work closely with Product Marketing, Regional Field Teams, and Revenue Operations to bring our cybersecurity platform to life through compelling storytelling, multi-channel programs, and data-driven execution. Sitting directly within the central marketing organization, this team thrives on collaboration, rapid experimentation, strategic rigor, and delivering measurable business results.
Your Impact
- Portfolio Architecture and Enterprise Business Impact
- Global Program Architecture: Design non-linear, multi-channel program frameworks that guide complex enterprise Buying Groups through the funnel, delivering disruptive B2B campaign experiences that command market leadership.
- Pipeline Velocity and Revenue Engine : Connect integrated program strategy directly to macro business metrics, optimizing campaigns for high-intent pipeline creation, ARR acceleration, and cross-sell or upsell velocity.
- Omnichannel Ecosystem Connectivity : Own the strategic bridge between digital activation, field experiences, and broader go-to-market channels, ensuring a persistent narrative across every customer touchpoint.
- AI-First Process Efficiency: Architect and deploy AI-driven operational workflows across the campaign lifecycle, drastically reducing manual friction, shortening time-to-market, and maximizing asset reuse at scale.
- Campaign Messaging and Production Efficiency
- Campaign Messaging and Content Governance : Drive campaign messaging consistency and serve as the authoritative lead on content execution, shaping creative output in close alignment with Product / field / paid media & in-house Brand and production teams.
- Content Supply-Chain Optimization : Re-engineer the end-to-end content production process, implementing rigid intake SLAs, modular content architectures, and efficiency benchmarks to eliminate operational churn.
- Performance-Directed Production: Establish a closed-loop feedback mechanism using campaign performance metrics and media signals to dictate what content is created, refreshed, or sunset based on real-time market impact.
- Integrated Equity and Demand Alignment : Bridge top-of-funnel brand perception with aggressive demand generation, ensuring all campaign content serves a clear conversion purpose.
- Executive Leadership, Operational Prowess and Scale
- Team Leadership and Growth : Direct, develop, and scale large, multi-disciplinary teams across FTEs, contractors serving as an empathetic yet high-accountability leader.
- Hands-On Operational Prowess : Pair high-level strategy with the operational willingness to roll up your sleeves, establishing rigid SLAs and workflows across strategy, brand, creative, and field teams.
- Multi-Stakeholder Alignment and Influence : Masterfully navigate complex enterprise matrix structures, driving cross-functional consensus across Product Marketing, Paid Media, Field.
- Fluid Responsiveness and Turnaround Agility: Serve as a calm, decisive leader during high-velocity shifts, maintaining exceptional responsiveness to immediate executive requests, tight deadlines, and market shifts without compromising quality.
- Executive Showcase Architect : Synthesize complex campaign performance data into executive-level briefings for C-suite stakeholders, establishing clear line-of-sight to business outcomes.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 15+ Years of Senior Marketing Leadership : Extensive track record leading integrated marketing, campaign strategy, and content production engines within high-growth global B2B enterprise technology or cybersecurity organizations.
- Large Team and Multi-Stakeholder Management : Proven experience leading and mentoring large, multi-tiered teams while influencing diverse stakeholder groups across complex global matrix environments.
- Operational and Execution Depth : A rare balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational grit; comfortable diving into the details to solve process bottlenecks and build scalable SLAs.
- Fluid Agility and Rapid Turnaround Execution : Demonstrated ability to remain highly responsive, flexible, and decisive under high-pressure scenarios, tight deadlines, and rapidly shifting business priorities.
- Campaign Messaging and Content Command : Deep experience defining campaign-level messaging frameworks, controlling content quality, and driving high-velocity production alongside in-house brand teams.
- Process Efficiency and AI Literacy : Demonstrated capability in re-engineering campaign operations, building scalable intake/SLA frameworks, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaign delivery.
- Attribution and Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of funnel economics, Multi-Touch Attribution, and performance metrics to defend investments and prove direct pipeline impact.
- Executive Presence and External Partnerships : Exceptional storytelling skills with a history of securing C-suite alignment and effectively partnering with external market research and analyst firms like IDC.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
