ABOUT THE ROLE
Ensures accurate cash application to invoices and account reconciliation.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work
environments and areas.
- Follows established procedures for cash application and account reconciliations.
- Performs routine follow up on COD customers and applies payments as necessary.
- Reconciles customer balances with focus on resolving payment discrepancies.
- Ensure that customer payments are accurately applied to invoices for purposes of reconciling accounts
and preparing updated customer correspondence and accurate statements.
- Generates reports of significant outstanding balances.
- Review and apply select customer payments
- Daily balancing of all Cash and Credit Card Payments
- Review and research unapplied cash or credit payments in select cases
- Review and provide input and insight for collection reports summaries including those that measure the
process against stated targets, and delinquent customer reports
- Archiving, records retention and audit support
- Escalate unresolved issues/concerns
- Work with plant shippers/batchers to insure proper procedures are being done.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education: High school diploma or equivalent or years of equivalent experience
Additional Requirements:
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved
Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicablelaw, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal
meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
