3. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Alignment

- Partner with cross-functional leaders (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Evaluate external vendor software, conduct capability gap analyses, and manage third-party vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs).

4. Continuous Improvement & Onsite Support

- Serve as the senior escalation point for tier-3 platform issues, working directly with vendor support teams and onsite stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution.
- Provide daily, direct engagement and operational alignment with client teams onsite.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), system documentation, and end-user training to drive tool adoption across the organization.

Required Experience:

- 10+ years  of progressive experience in enterprise application management, internal systems administration, or IT operations.
- Core Platform Experience:  Deep hands-on experience administering and integrating enterprise SaaS/vendor solutions such as  Workday ,  PeopleSoft ,  SAP Fieldglass , or similar HRIS/ERP/VMS platforms.
- Integration & Automation:  Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS frameworks, data mapping, and workflow automation.
