Spectrum is seeking a Facilitator to lead classroom, team, and online training experiences, manage all aspects of the learning environment and provide valuable feedback to participants. Responsibilities

How You Will Make an Impact

- Guide participants through classroom instruction, team meetings and online learning sessions to build skill sets

- Manage learning environments by tracking attendance, addressing behavior and documenting participant performance

- Prepare for and administer training sessions by organizing schedules, maintaining records and setting up materials

- Complete LMS prerequisites and post-training duties, including evaluations and reporting

- Lead activities, discussions and debriefs following facilitator guides to maximize learner engagement

- Offer feedback and coaching to participants, supporting knowledge transfer and behavior change

- Pursue personal development in facilitation, learner engagement and classroom management

- Shadow training end-users to understand business application of skills

Qualifications

What You Will Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience

Experience

- 3 + years of experience in the functional area or business unit

- 1+ years of training delivery experience in a formal or informal setting

Skills

- Read, write, speak and understand English

- Critical thinking and analytical abilities

- Effective prioritization and organizational skills

- Clear and straightforward oral and written communication

- Professional interaction with all levels of management, employees and the public

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Familiarity with various learning approaches

- Confidence in delivering training to groups both online and in person
